1.NO Cash OR Card Refunds on Gift Certificates

All gift certificate sales are final.

2.3 Days Grace period FOR Nail Service fixes

If you have any issues with your nails,

we may offer a one-time fix within 3 days of your original visit.

3.The fix must be for the same service and same nail(s).

4.No Refunds or Chargebacks after Service Completion

Due to many services completed and approved, no refunds or chargebacks will be accepted.
